Tolley Cottage is an elegant bed and breakfast where a touch of luxury combines with an eclectic mix of old and new furnishings and lots of paintings. It is situated in the most wonderful semi-rural location on the banks of the Kennet and Avon Canal but still only a 10 minute walk from Bath city centre.

This is the perfect place from which to enjoy all of Bath's outstanding facilities - the Roman Baths, museums, shops , galleries, restaurants, theatres and of course the Thermae Bath Spa. Leave the car here (we provide the necessary special car parking permits free of charge) and enjoy the freedom of walking everywhere.

If the heat of the city gets too much, there are marvellous walks straight from the front door - along the canal tow path as far as Bradford on Avon if you wish, or over National Trust land, just 2 minutes walk away.

The rooms are en suite with baths and shower facilities, supremely comfortable beds - king size in the double room and 2 singles in the twin room.

Breakfasts are a special feature - enticing and varied using local suppliers as much as possible. We serve them in the garden weather permitting.
