The Blue Room has a king size bed and the Grey Room two singles. Both have en suite bathrooms and both overlook the garden and have fantastic views offering fascinating glimpses of life on the canal and of Bath's famous Georgian crescents.

The concern for guests' comfort is strongly reflected in the attention to detail - white bed linen, soft towels, bathrobe, toiletries, tissues and cotton wool. There are tea and coffee making facilities, sherry to revive the weary traveller, as well as fruit, biscuits and chocolates. TV/DVD, CD/radio plus plenty of books ensure the greatest comfort and relaxation at the end of a long day.

James and Judy are both big foodies and jostle for domination of the cooker. The breakfasts use fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. They always include fruit, yogurt and cereals. All breakfasts are cooked to order and always include vegetarian options. We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs but please let us know in advance if you have particular requirements.
